Quality Testing at Jugal Tube Pvt. Ltd.

Spectro Testing

SPECTRO metal analyzers are used to identify, sort, and analyze metals during incoming inspections, throughout the production process, and before final delivery. This testing ensures accurate material composition and quality compliance.

Universal Testing Machine (UTM)

A Universal Testing Machine (UTM), also known as a materials testing machine, is used to determine the tensile strength, compressive strength, and overall mechanical properties of materials to ensure product durability and reliability.

Hardness Testing

Hardness testing is performed to determine the hardness level of materials by measuring the resistance of the surface against localized penetration using standardized testing methods and instruments.

Conductivity Testing

Conductivity testing is conducted to measure how easily electrical current flows through metals. This process helps evaluate the electrical conductivity and material performance using specialized electrodes and testing equipment.
